Full Journal pdf2009-04-13 House Journal Page 0930 HB 98 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 11, 2009, calendar (page 898), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 98(FIN) am "An Act relating to minor consuming and repeat minor consuming; relating to penalties for violations of limitations on possessing, sending, shipping, transporting, or bringing alcoholic beverages to, soliciting or receiving orders for delivery of alcoholic beverages to, and the manufacture, sale, offer for sale, barter, traffic, or possession of alcoholic beverages in, a local option area; and providing for an effective date." 2009-04-13 House Journal Page 0931 The question being: "Shall CSHB 98(FIN) am pass the House?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 98(FIN) am was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
